৬. পাসপোর্ট, ভিসা এবং ভ্রমণ নথিপত্র
ভ্রমণকারীর নিজ দায়িত্বে গন্তব্যের জন্য বৈধ পাসপোর্ট, প্রয়োজনীয় ভিসা এবং স্বাস্থ্য/ভ্রমণ সংক্রান্ত সঠিক নথিপত্র নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। ভুল নথিপত্রের কারণে যদি কোনো যাত্রীকে ফ্লাইটে উঠতে দেওয়া না হয় বা গন্তব্যে প্রবেশ করতে না দেওয়া হয়, তবে তার জন্য TripBrezz দায়ী থাকবে না।
৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
TripBrezz ভ্রমণকারী এবং সেবা প্রদানকারীদের মধ্যে মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে কাজ করে। এয়ারলাইন্স, হোটেল বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের অপারেটরদের কারণে হওয়া কোনো বিলম্ব, ফ্লাইট বাতিল, সময়সূচি পরিবর্তন, ল্যাগেজ হারিয়ে যাওয়া, দুর্ঘটনা বা ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। এছাড়া প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা সরকারি নিষেধাজ্ঞার মতো অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির (force majeure) কারণে উদ্ভূত পরিস্থিতির জন্যও আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
